Instagram Sundays: 24 September

Hi guys, and happy Sunday!  Autumn is in full swing here and I couldn’t be more happy!  Like many people, fall is my favourite season.  It used to be summer, but then I moved from Los Angeles to New York and actually experienced the seasons changing.  I have to say that fall in the UK is even lovelier!

I feel like between all my projects, I’ve been neglecting my Instagram!  I’m hoping to change that in the next few weeks — so stay tuned!  Here’s this week in Instagram photos.

I’ve been meaning to read The Master and Margarita for ages, and with a little encouragement I’ve finally picked it up!  Dax, however, did not appreciate some of the parallels I drew between her and the book.

Book haul!  Me and my Book Pusher pal went to Waterstones to buy one book each, but ended up with many more than that.  Oops.  I had intended to only grab A Skinful of Shadows, but wound up picking up a bunch of others.

If you’ve been keeping up with my weekly wrap-ups, you may know that I’ve received some absolutely amazing books in the post lately.  I’m so looking forward to powering through and reviewing these for you guys!  I think this is my favourite photo of the week.

As of yesterday, these were my current read and next read.  I finished The Bastard Legion this morning, which was excellent, and have moved onto Warcross.  I’m really curious to see what I think — hyped books can sometimes be a big letdown!  However,  this one published only a week or so ago, so I’m hoping to stay ahead of the hype.

That’s it for this week!  I’m hoping to start having more photos for you guys each week.  I used to post daily!

Have you read any of these books?  Do you have a bookish Instagram account?  Let me know — I’d love to follow you!

    1. Yay! It makes me so happy to hear that 🙂

It really is everywhere! I wasn’t sure about it at first because hype tends to raise my expectations and ruin books, but I am really enjoying Warcross. I’m flying through it!

      1. That’s good to hear, I used to be the same, I guess it depends on the genre for me ^_^
