This is what I’ve been up to this month! Buckle up, I spent a lot of time in bookshops.

I only read six books this month, down from 12 in February! I think Luna: Wolf Moon was what held me back. It was amazing, but definitely a slower read. I also had a DNF for this month, The House of Mountfathom, which I reviewed here.
Overall it was a decent month! I’ve yammered on about how much I loved The Collapsing Empire and disliked Heartless on the blog already. Reviews are forthcoming for the Six of Crows duology and A Closed and Common Orbit (spoiler alert: they both made me cry).

1666 by Rebecca Rideal
I’m so glad I got my paws on an ARC of Red Sister. I’m just over 20% in and it is absolutely fantastic! Lawrence has really grown as a writer since Prince of Thorns and his work just keeps getting better. I’ve only just started 1666, but it looks fantastic. I’ve started reading more nonfiction as of 2016 and am really enjoying diving into history.

At what point does this get embarrassing? Should I be embarassed? This was supposed to be No Buy March. Ha. I ended up with 16 new books. My TBR pile is actually getting to the point where I’ll get seriously hurt if it falls on my head while I’m sleeping. Someone send help. Please.
